Yes. The 3-seat configuration is one of our most popular: enough room for a family or a small group without overpowering a standard living room or home cinema setup. Depending on the model, each seat has its own electric recline, cup holder, and USB charging, independent of the others. You can choose between a central armrest or a continuous seating surface: the first gives everyone their own zone plus extra storage, the second makes the sofa more usable across its full width and far nicer to stretch out on. The 3-seater is a fixed configuration with fixed dimensions, as are the 2-, 4-, 5-, and 6-seat rows and the corner and U-shape arrangements; we do not build to measure. Plan around the reclined depth and keep at least a 60 cm walkway clear. The room planner lets you verify all of that yourself.
The cup holders sit in the armrests and in the consoles between the seats, depending on the model and the configuration you choose. On a 2-seater with a centre console, every seat has a cup holder directly beside it. On a 3-seater you decide: choose one or two consoles between the seats and the middle seat also has a cup holder within reach; choose a continuous seating surface and the middle seat uses the cup holders in the outer armrests. The configurations available for your model are listed on the product page. On several models you can also specify chilled cup holders, so a drink stays cold for the length of a film. In the seated position the cup holders barely show, so the sofa remains an ordinary sofa in the living room. Allow for two directions. At the front, extra space appears as soon as the footrest extends, roughly 40 to 50 cm depending on the model, so do not place your coffee table directly against the seat. At the back, the backrest tilts backwards, so you also want clearance between the sofa and the wall, unless you choose a model that slides forward as it reclines. The exact dimensions in the seated and reclined positions are listed per model on the product page; always plan with the reclined depth, because that is the measurement that decides whether everything fits. Also keep a walkway of at least 60 cm free along the sofa, so you can pass normally while someone is lying back. Because there is no stock to ship from. Every cinema sofa is produced only after you order, in the configuration, upholstery and colour you have chosen. Orders are grouped weekly and put into production; after that come the production itself and the transport to the Netherlands or Belgium. Taken together, that adds up to 12 to 16 weeks. This approach has a downside and an advantage. The downside is the wait. The advantage is that you are not paying towards a warehouse full of sofas nobody ordered, and that is one of the reasons you pay up to 60% less here than the retail price for the same specifications. Payment is also taken only once production starts, not when you place the order. So plan your purchase ahead, and do not sell your old sofa too early.
Delivery is by pallet freight: the sofa arrives at street level, at the door, and the driver helps unload. From there you take over: carrying it inside, unpacking and assembling the sections. There is no installation service, so make sure someone can help on the delivery day. In practice that is very manageable, because the sofa arrives in separate sections rather than as one large piece. The cost depends on the pallet class of the variant you order, from P1 to P4; that class is a property of the product itself, not of the number of seats, so a large layout does not automatically fall into the highest class. Expect a price from €210; the exact amount is shown on the product page and at checkout, so nothing takes you by surprise.
That depends on the type you choose. A fixed row or a standard 2-, 3- or 4-seater is produced as one complete configuration; you cannot add a seat to it afterwards. If you still want to grow, you can place a second sofa or separate elements next to the existing layout, but it will not run on seamlessly. If you expect your family or your room to change, choose the modular line from the start. It is built up from separate elements that you connect and can later rearrange or add to, from a straight sofa to a corner or U-shaped layout. We keep your material details on file, so a later addition is produced in the same colour and batch. Yes. Italian full-grain leather stands up to the daily wear that comes with family life: the protective finish guards against light scratches and stains, and spilled drinks wipe away with a damp cloth before they soak in. Leather also does not absorb odours or skin particles, which makes it more hygienic than fabric under heavy use. The construction underneath is built for that same daily use: a hardwood frame with a 10-year warranty on frame and construction, and 2 years on motors and electronics. On most models, all seating and wear surfaces are upholstered in Italian full-grain leather: the seat, the backrest and the armrests you are in contact with. The back and underside may be finished in matching synthetic leather; that is industry standard, and the colour is matched to the leather. If you want a sofa upholstered entirely in real leather, that is available on request at an additional cost. Remove loose dirt with a dry, soft cloth and lift spills straight away with a slightly damp cloth, without soap. For stubborn stains, use a cleaner suitable for full-grain leather, then treat the leather with leather cream to prevent it drying out. Apply that leather cream two to four times a year in any case; more often is not necessary and can leave a greasy residue. Avoid aggressive cleaning products and direct sunlight.
