When am I charged for my purchases?
As we order on-demand direct from the manufacturer, we pay for goods upfront. In the unlikely event you're not happy or goods are damaged, we will exchange or refund. See our Money Back Guarantee and Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
Can I customize materials and colors?
Absolutely. Choose from over 50 premium colors in Italian full-grain leather, performance fabrics, or luxurious velvets. Every seat can be tailored with your preferred material. We offer free fabric and leather sample packs so you can see and feel the quality at home before ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and bank transfers. Payment is taken when production begins.
Does the entire sofa come in the chosen leather?
Some ranges are full leather (entire sofa in full-grain leather, clearly stated in product descriptions). Other ranges are half leather—natural leather on all wearable parts, with matching synthetic leather on non-wearable areas (back, some side panels). This is industry standard. We can quote separately for 100% full leather if desired.
Are the chairs suitable for compact living rooms?
Yes. Our 2-seat and 3-seat compact layouts are designed for smaller spaces, with slim-profile frames that maximize comfort without overwhelming the room. Seats are typically 60–70cm wide, and you can configure them without bulky center consoles. Our 2D planning service ensures a perfect fit.
